PARKER 21

Parker Introduced the 21 in 1948 as a School pen based on the Parker 51 design. All are Aerometric fill with Steel nibs. There are 2 distinct versions the Mark 1 and Mark 2. Although not quite the same quality as Parker 51’s they are still very reliable writers and some  colours are quite scarce and therefore collectable.
